Joe Mercer
Founder
Joe founded MCA in 2020 following 33 years in medical management. In 1987, Joe worked with a California medical billing and insurance claims adjudication application development concern focusing on the east coast. In 1995 Joe joined a large multispecialty medical billing concern dedicating his time to business development and managed care contracting. Joe holds a BA in Communication from the University of Georgia.
Leslie Cazaubon
Contract Executive
Leslie brings over 20 years of medical management experience working in physician offices as a practice administrator and conducting managed care contracting (directly with Joe Mercer since 2015.) Leslie holds a BA in Health Administration from Armstrong Atlantic State University.
Oliver Maloney
Contract Executive
Oliver joined MCA in 2021 following experience with technology firms, most recently one that collects & synthesizes patient outcomes for providers. Oliver works primarily with the surgical groups and ASCs that MCA represents. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Augusta University.
Rachel Ellis
Operations Manager
Rachel joined MCA in 2023 after a career in publishing. She brings her background in project management and attention to detail to MCA. Rachel received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a BA in Studio Art from the University of Richmond.
